* DISCLAIMER TO POTENTIAL THERAPY OR ASSISTANCE DOG PROSPECTS.*
If the puppy is being purchased with the intention of becoming an Assistance dog, the Buyer agrees that a qualified trainer or training organisation must be engaged at the time the puppy leaves the Breeders care. The Breeder will have discussions with the appointed training organisation from week 4 of the puppies life to ensure that the trainer and the Breeder know what is expected for the puppy and the intending family.
While the Breeder strives to breed and raise puppies with ideal temperaments for working roles, no guarantee is made that the puppy will meet the requirements or pass the assessments necessary to qualify as a working dog. The Breeder stands behind the early training provided to give the puppy the best possible chance of success in a working role. However, guarantee is not provided that the puppy/dog will pass the Public Access Test or any other organisational requirements. No refund or replacement will be issued for dogs that fail to pass the required assessment for their career.
